TICKET REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: All bookings, when made and canceled, must be confirmed via Email: reservation@livitrans.com.

Cancellations via phone/Zalo/Facebook/WhatsApp are not accepted.

1. For individual passengers (Less than 10 tickets):
- Confirmed tickets 25 days before the train departure date - Cancellation fee 15%
- Cancellation from 07 days to 24 days before the train departure date: Must refund 20% of the canceled ticket price.
- Before 07 days before the train departure date: Issue tickets and pay the full ticket price
- Cancellation from 05 days to 7 days before the train departure date: Must refund 30% of the canceled ticket price.
- Cancellation from 03 days to 05 days before the train departure time: Must refund 50% of the canceled ticket price.
- From 72 hours before the train departure time, NO refund or cancellation.

 

2. Peak season, holidays (summer) surcharge: 15 USD/ticket/trip for trains on the SE3; SE4; SE19; SE20; SE1; SE2 routes.

Peak Period:
• New Year's Day Holiday Period (8 days): From December 29, 2025 to January 5, 2026
• Lunar New Year Holiday Period (20 days): From February 15, 2026 to February 19, 2026 + March 1, 2026 to March 10, 2026
• Hung Kings Commemoration Day Period (4 days): From April 24, 2026 to April 27, 2026
• April 30 - May 1 Holiday Period (7 days): From April 28, 2026 to May 4, 2026
• Summer Period (92 days): From May 15, 2026 to August 17, 2026
• Holiday Period National Day (5 days): From August 29, 2026 to September 3, 2026
• New Year's Day (5 days): From December 29, 2026 to January 2, 2027

The above fare includes:
- Value Added Tax as regulated by the State.

- Passenger insurance.

3. Livitrans Service Standards for the Hanoi – Lao Cai – Hanoi Route:
+ Livitrans logo bed linens are changed daily.

+ Free services in Deluxe cabins: Cold towels, bottled water, seasonal fruit, snacks, toothbrush.

+ Free services in VIP and Double cabins: Cold towels, bottled water, seasonal fruit, snacks, toothbrush, beer or Coca-Cola.
+ Wi-Fi throughout the journey.
+ Customer service staff will meet and see off the group.
1.2 Livitrans Service Standards for the Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Dong Hoi – Hue – Da Nang – Hanoi Route:
+ Livitrans logo bed linens are changed daily.
+ Free services in VIP cabin: Cold towels, bottled water, seasonal fruit, toiletries, toothbrush, coffee, sponge cake, etc.

+ Customer service staff will greet and see off the group.
