TICKET REFUND POLICY

All bookings and cancellations must be confirmed by email. Cancellations via text message or phone are not accepted.

1. For groups (10 or more tickets):

- 30 days before departure date: Confirm the number of tickets for the first time, deposit 30% to keep the tickets - if canceling the group, a fee of 5% will be charged
- 25 days before departure date: Confirm the number of tickets for the second time - if canceling the group, a fee of 10% will be charged, Canceling less than 30% of the seats will be charged 5%. Issue tickets and pay the full amount of the group ticket.

- Cancellation 07 days before departure date: Cancellation of the entire group is not allowed. Cancellation of individual tickets less than 10% of the seats must be refunded 20% of the canceled ticket amount.

- Cancellation 03 days before departure date: Cancellation of the entire group. Cancellation of individual tickets less than 10% of seats must be refunded 50% of the canceled ticket price.

- From 72 hours before the train departure time, NO cancellation.

2. For individual passengers (Less than 10 tickets):
- Confirmed tickets 25 days before the train departure date - Cancellation fee 15%
- Cancellation from 07 days to 24 days before the train departure date: Must refund 20% of the canceled ticket price.
- Before 07 days before the train departure date: Issue tickets and pay the full ticket price
- Cancellation from 05 days to 7 days before the train departure date: Must refund 30% of the canceled ticket price.
- Cancellation from 03 days to 05 days before the train departure time: Must refund 50% of the canceled ticket price.
- From 72 hours before the train departure time, NO refund or cancellation.
