Answer 1: The price posted on www.livitrans.com is the listed price and is a preferential price for customers. However, if you want to book a tour with a large number of people. Livitrans will try to negotiate with service providers such as hotels, restaurants,... and give a reasonable price.


 

Question 2: When I buy a tour can I choose my seat?

Answer 2: Because the tours are sold by an automatic system, there is no choice of seats. Those who book tickets early will sit in the front of the bus. Regarding seats on the plane, because the plane tickets are purchased as a group, the airline staff will arrange seats. Families who want to sit close together, please inform the Livitrans staff when checking in to check in together so they can sit close together.


 

Question 3: I am a vegetarian, what food will I eat on the tour?

Answer 3: We prepare vegetarian meals for you or will deduct the cost of the corresponding meals so that you can eat on your own. In addition, when purchasing a tour, if you have special food needs, please notify the staff in advance so that we can advise the best solution (for example: allergies to seafood, chicken, ...)


 

Question 4: When going on a tour, what documents do children need to bring and can they go without their parents?

Answer 4: Children under 14 years old must bring their passport (original) or birth certificate (original). Children must be accompanied by an adult and do not need a power of attorney. If a child is 14 years old and does not have a birth certificate, they can use their passport to go on the tour. When going on a tour, children may not be accompanied by their parents but must be accompanied by a relative (grandparents, etc.)


 

Question 5: When going on a tour by plane, how long in advance do I have to be at the airport?

Answer 5: For regular tours, please be at the airport 2 hours before flight time. For holiday tours, please be at the airport 3 hours before flight time.

Question 7: Is it easy to change or cancel a tour? Are there any fees?

Answer 7: 

In case you want to cancel the tour after payment, the refund will depend on Livitrans's tour cancellation policy or the conditions of promotional programs. You need to check this policy carefully before booking the tour.

  • Cancellation 30 - 45 days in advance: 10% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 20 - 30 days in advance: 20% of the total tour price
  • Cancellation 25 days in advance: 25% of the total tour price, Cancellation 15 days in advance: 30% of the total tour price
  • Cancellation 07 days in advance: 40% of the total tour price, Cancellation 03 - 06 days in advance: 75% of the total tour price

In most cases, the money will be easily refunded to your account after 03 working days, after deducting 20,000 VND in administration fee.

If you want to cancel your tour booking, please follow these instructions:

1. Check the company's Tour Cancellation Policy published on the website, especially the cancellation acceptance period. You can also refer to the Tour Cancellation Policy on the tour booking confirmation email.

2. Call the Customer Care Center (Hotline: 0904 528 916) to notify the tour cancellation. Please provide the tour booking contract number so that we can support you quickly.

3. We will send an email confirming the tour cancellation and refund fee.


 

Question 8: After we make the payment successfully, what confirmation will we have from the company?

Answer 8: When you have successfully paid, Livitrans will send you an official Tour Booking Confirmation via email. This confirmation ensures that it is in accordance with the tour program you have registered for. At the same time, you will also receive a message notifying you of “Tour Booking Successfully” via the phone number you provided.
