I. Payment method when booking train tickets and tours for individual customers. Customers make ticket booking transactions via the website livitrans.com or Email: bookingticket@livitrans.com

All bookings are paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or transferred via Paypal, Visa card or Master card (USD)

Customers will only book tickets successfully when both parties agree (Itinerary; number of tickets; ticket price and other services (if any) on Email: bookingticket@livitrans.com. Livitrans only accepts and confirms customers' bookings when confirming the information content on the Email sent to the customer.

Customers can pay in cash at the Livitrans Company Office or transfer via Paypal; Visa or Mastercart card (Note: customers are responsible for the bank transfer transaction fee) to Livitrans's account as follows:
